This will be a night of one of a kind vintage fashions from Portland’s top vintage clothing boutiques, top quality food and drink, fully restored, classic cars, live music and much more. Scarlet will definetly have a little bit of something for everyone so don’t miss out!Details:-Fully catered ala carte menu and full bar 5-10pm (Cash only-ATM onsite).
